Product Review of Why So CBD? Natural CBD Oil Tincture

After trying the Why So CBD? Natural CBD Oil tincture, I was amazed by not only the quality of the formula, but also with the full-body calming effects. Between its mild and clean flavour, and 3000 mg potency, this is a product that is great for both daily use, or extra-strength occasions. 

For deep tissue aches and joint pain, a potent CBD tincture is an effective and easy way to reduce swelling, and support your nervous system in managing pain and recovery. 

Low-dose CBD tinctures have become increasingly popular for managing emotional and mental stress. However, these more mild options do not target pain and inflammation the way that a potent dose of broad spectrum CBD oil does. 

Product overview

Why So CBD? Is infused with their award winning broadspectrum CBD, derived from USA organic hemp flowers. All of their products are lab tested, cruelty free, and formulated with native hemp terpenes. 

Each 30 ml bottle contains 3000 mg of CBD broad spectrum extract, mixed into MCT oil, with a light and subtle gold hue. A suggested dose is 1-2 drops under the tongue, never exceeding 70 mg a day (a full dropper contains roughly 100 mg). 

My experience

Based on my past experience with Why So CBD? products I was excited to try out this tincture. I have always been a fan of their formulations, as each product is made with excellent ingredients, translating into perfect flavours, textures, and doses of CBD. 

The oil itself is gorgeous. The color was clear with a soft golden hue, similar to a really pure distillate oil. The flavour of this tincture is lovely! It has no bitter planty-ness but more of a floral and soft earthy quality. The added hemp terpenes balance the taste of the MCT oil and bring out the more tasty notes of the broad spectrum hemp oil. 

To dose, I placed two drops under my tongue and allowed them to absorb for about 30 seconds. Effects took roughly 1 hour, but were calming at first. After about 2 hours I noticed significant changes in my knees and wrists. Both had been aching from some heavy organizing in the garage. The CBD seemed to reduce some of the swelling and discomfort while I finished the organizing job. 

I feel like this would be an excellent option for daily micro-dosing, as well as extra-strength scenarios that require 25-50 mg of CBD.

The best parts about this product

• The flavour and mouth-feel of this tincture is very smooth and palatable – ideal for anyone that doesn’t prefer the taste of cannabis, candy/fruity products, or strong medicinal herbs. It is very light and clean. 
• The potential for low and high dose options with this product makes it one of the more versatile CBD tinctures!

• This product is made with MCT Oil, derived from coconut. Do not take if you have a tree nut allergy.
