Full effects took about 30-40 minutes to notice and were so blissfully bold. I felt tension melt away from my body, and a sense of peace in my mind. Though 20mg of CBD felt like a perfect sweet spot for mind and body, I would be curious to try a full dropper of 50mg. At a higher dose, it may have more stimulating effects. But that could be incredible for dancing, hiking, or socializing after a long day. 

Dosing was relatively easy, but I would caution anyone new to CBD to use this product with care. A first time dose of 5-20mg is delightful and manageable. But doses exceeding 30mg could feel a little intense depending on how your body responds to CBD. It’s always best to stay below 70mg of CBD as a daily limit, as this avoids any major risks of unpleasant side effects. 

This CBD tincture truly feels so similar to cannabis, but without the psychedelic effects. I felt refreshed, calm, and optimistic no matter what the day tossed my way.
