My experience

This is a light and dreamy oil, with a hybrid mental and physical soothing effect. Not only is the oil a gorgeous hue of light gold, but the flavour speaks to the fresh and floral qualities of the hemp flower used.

To dose, I opted for 6 drops under my tongue, with each drop averaging around 10 mg of CBD. The directions suggest anywhere from 2-8 drops, and up to 2-4 times a day (not exceeding the maximum dosing limits of 70 mg). I held the tincture oil under my tongue for about 30 seconds before swallowing, however most of the oil had absorbed into my mouth first.

Onset of effects were noticeable around 40-50 minutes after dosing, and were very mild but euphoric. I felt energized, calm, with a noticeable boost of focus and presence. It gently helped soothe me back into my body after a long day of work. I felt it was easier for me to shift my mindset from work to play, and gave me a little extra encouragement to go spend some time in my garden. Truly, there is nothing quite like a proper dose of CBD and some sunshine.

I would highly encourage anyone who likes a balanced CBD experience for both their mind and body, but would like something not too sedative or heavy.
