Purple Dank Zkittlez Raw CBD Paste Product Review

If you aren’t familiar with CBD paste products, they are a great option for a variety of uses. This product can be consumed orally, smoked, and even dabbed depending on your personal preference. They have a long history of being used in therapeutic applications when administering CBD or RSO THC products. Paste products have been given to cancer patients or to treat symptoms of other debilitating diseases. 

Purple Dank has taken this classic CBD paste and twisted it a little, by infusing the resin with Zkittlez terpenes for an elevated CBD experience. 

Product overview

Purple Dank Raw CBD Paste is made with a combination of CBD crude extract, CBD broad spectrum distillate, and chlorophyll. This powerful combination makes this paste a highly potent blend of beneficial botanical ingredients. The syringe is graduated for ease of dosing, and comes with 0.5g of concentrate, roughly 400-500mg of CBD. 

My experience

When I first opened this package, I was immediately intrigued by the strong and fruity scent that was omitted from the syringe. My girlfriend playfully described it as a “Grape Rainbow”.  But it was indeed a spectrum of aromas. I could pick up hints of limonene and terpinolene, suggesting this product has a more Sativa-like effect. Tasting it was so fresh and citrusy, which paired well with the earthy bitterness of the chlorophyll. 

I will say, it wasn’t the most attractive product, but certainly did its job! The color was almost a dark black or grey color, due to the white CBD crystals starting to recrystallize (likely due to this product’s high potency). I imagine this could be melted back into the solution by lightly warming up the contents of the syringe. 

At first it was difficult to squeeze out. But after warming the oil slightly (I recommend using direct sunlight or your hands for 15-20 minutes). Onset of the effects was about 50 minutes, and it was very strong. I took about 50-60mg (a heavy dose) and felt almost like I had taken an energy drink or B vitamins. I was very energized but not jittery in the least.

The best parts about this product

• I think the combination of different CBD extracts makes this product incredibly unique in its effects. It is very potent, but I think it’s a great alternative to other products like caffeine or tobacco products. 
• The synergy of plant based ingredients works incredibly well! 

Things to be aware of before taking

• Smoking this product may be harsh or bitter due to the added chlorophyll. It may be best to consume this one orally only. 
• Do not exceed 70 mg of CBD per day, and stop using if experiencing adverse symptoms.
